Hot Honey Toddy

  • 50ml Eighty-Six Friends Honey Spiced Rum

  • 3 tsp of local Honey

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 200ml of boiling water

  • Dash of White wine vinegar

  • Sliced Lemon & Cinnamon stick for garnish

Pour the boiling water into a large mug. Stir in the honey until it has melted away.

Add the Eighty-Six Friends Honey Spiced Rum, Lemon juice and white wine vinegar.

Stir for 30 seconds and finish with garnish
