Rhubarb & Apple Collins
50ml - Eighty-Six Friends - Rhubarb & Apple Gin
25ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2tbsp simple syrup
Club soda
Garnish - lemon segment / mint
Add Eighty-Six Friends - Rhubarb & Apple Gin, Lemon Juice and simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake.
Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
Add club soda to the top and lightly stir.
Garnish with a lemon segment or mint.
