Spiced Honey Mojito
50ml Eighty-Six Friends Honey Spiced Rum
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
25ml Simple Syrup
3-4 mint leaves
Club Soda
Add the mint, simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake.
Add the rum, lime juice and ice, and give it a second shake.
Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
Add club soda to the top.
Garnish with a mint and lime to serve.
